The Knot

During my 6 month contract as Content Strategy Lead for The Knot Worldwide, I assisted in maintaining the high share of voice and search visibility The Knot editorial team has carved out for itself over the last 20 years as the world's leading wedding planning service. 

For these articles, I performed keyword and competitor research for the target KW to outline the ideal structure in order to be visible both on traditional SERPs and in AI-generated queries. 

Made In Cookware

As the only content strategist at Made In Cookware, I was tasked with ensuring high search discoverability for a less-than-decade-old cookware startup to compete with centuries-old legacy cookware brands. Under my guidance, the Made In Blog became a hub of cooking inspiration supported by a healthy mix of keyword-driven articles, chef interviews, recipes, and content supporting new cookware launches.

I worked closely with freelance writers, internal culinary team members, product managers, and other company stakeholders to maintain a consistent tone of voice and look/feel for all content. For each of these pieces, I conducted keyword and competitor research, edited each piece, and uploaded to the Made In content management system.
